Refunds / Cancellations

    Thank you for choosing NaadiPulse. Please review the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations for the nPulse wrist-based device.

    1. Refunds

    We do not offer refunds for purchases of the nPulse device. All sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, picked up from our facility, or handed over to the courier, it is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except as covered under the Replacement Policy below.

    2. Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled only before the order is picked up from our facility and handed over to the courier partner. Cancellation requests must be raised by contacting our customer support team before dispatch. Once the order has been picked up or dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.

    3. Replacement Policy

    In the event of manufacturing defects or device malfunctions, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receiving the product. After verification, we will provide a replacement device at no additional cost, subject to our quality assessment and replacement terms.
