Due to high demand and the complexity of manufacturing our nPulse device, please allow approximately 2–4 days for delivery from the date of purchase. While we strive to expedite the shipping process, certain factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

2. Address Requirement

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Method

We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver your nPulse device safely and securely. Once your device has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

4. International Shipping

We now accept international orders. Shipping timelines may vary by destination, with delivery typically completed within 3–7 business days. Our trusted shipping partners include Blue Dart and DHL, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
